Jim Harbaugh- Okay, I know what you’re thinking right now. How is a guy that can’t reach expectations at Michigan and the college level supposed to help an NFL team be better? Well because frankly the NFL is much different than the college level and Harbaugh has already proven he can be successful in the NFL.
So while many fans, analysts and more are calling for Harbaugh to be fired from Michigan, NFL GMs and executives should be paying close attention to Harbaugh and his situation at the University of Michigan.
Harbaugh was 44-19-1 with the San Francisco 49ers and helped lead them to 3 straight NFC Championships and a Superbowl appearance in Superbowl XLVII where Harbaugh and the 49ers fell to John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens 34-31.
I personally never understood the firing of Harbaugh after having great success with the Niners in his four years of coaching. So while Harbaugh has struggled at Michigan I believe he deserves another shot in the NFL. New York would be a potential fit, with a No. 1 overall QB in next year’s draft.

All fives of these men deserve a shot at being a NFL head coach but only time will tell if they receive the opportunity. One thing is certain though, the 2021 head coaching carousel will be very interesting.
