Despite their 2-7 record, the Texans may very well have one of the most underrated offenses in the league.
Deshaun Watson has been a key piece in this Houston offense and has played relatively great this season. Tougher roads are ahead although, as Watson has meetings this fantasy playoff with quite possibly some of the best defensive groups in the league.
Starting with Week 13, Watson and the Texans face the Indianapolis Colts who have surrendered the second LEAST amount of passing yards and touchdowns. What could be worse in this situation? Not only does he get them in Week 13, but also in Week 15.
In between the two matchups with IND, Watson gets a Chicago Bears defense that has proven stout despite their looming offensive struggles. The Bears have allowed the fourth FEWEST passing touchdowns to opposing QBs to date.
In better news, Week 17 includes a favorable matchup with Cincinnati, which could very well become a shootout with Joe Burrow and the talented Bengals receiving core. The Bengals defense have surrendered the second MOST passing touchdowns, so there is light at the end of the tunnel if you are playing in Week 17, most likely your championship!
Watson, a dual-threat QB, has the ability to overcome these upcoming matchups, no doubt, but just presume with caution.
