Everybody knows the buzz around Hill, but he’s still only owned in 47.7% of leagues. The dual-threat QB with the keys to the Lamborghini has shown a lot of potential to unleash havoc.
Hill was my projected second-ranked QB performance for Week 12 after he was the third-ranked QB in Week 11. And I was right about his potential in some ways. He had 2 rushing touchdowns, which would make it 4 rushing touchdowns in the last two weeks.
I didn’t expect Sean Payton to be ultra-conservative with Hill in the passing game, as he didn’t want Denver to create a score off a turnover (as stated post-game), which was their best shot. Nonetheless, Hill was solid with 17.5 points.
Hill was the third ranked QB in Week 11 because he had huge chunks of yardage disposed to Emmanuel Sanders. Hill could’ve easily been one or two plays in the pass game from another Top-3 mark. All in all, guess what?!
Taysom Hill faces off against the Falcons in Week 13! Yes, they get a date with Atlanta for the second-time in three weeks. Expect 3-4 total touchdowns and 250+ total yards in next week.
