<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Latest Bears mock draft</h1>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">It&#8217;s clear that the Chicago Bears are looking to return to the playoffs after finishing 6-11 in 2021. The first-year head coach Matt Eberflus will look to build around Justin Fields and be more competitive in the frigid NFC North.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Bears will look to strike big in the pivotal 2022 NFL draft after selecting Fields in the 2021 Draft. Who could be the next young prospects to join the Bears organization? Well, I will untwine a couple of popular choices to land with the Bears in the latest Bears three-round mock draft. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Hope you&#39;re buying Justin Fields. Like investing in a Jalen Hurts that will stick around. <br><br>Every bit the runner. Much better thrower. <br><br>Nagy out, Fields shreds the edges with his legs. <a href="https://t.co/QazU6wj1zR">pic.twitter.com/QazU6wj1zR</a></p>&mdash; JetPack Galileo (@JetPackGalileo) <a href="https://twitter.com/JetPackGalileo/status/1455958112360357888?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 3, 2021</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
</div></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Round 2: Jalen Tolbert</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Bears really should pick a talented wideout to likely replace Allen Robinson and grow with Fields in round 2. After all, the Bears play MVP Aaron Rodgers twice a season. The idea of the Bears inking WR Skyy Moore would make sense, but I don&#8217;t expect him to be available after his recent combine performance. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I&#8217;d love to see the Bears pick the South Alabama WR Jalen Tolbert with their first pick in the draft. He ousted 1,474 yards, 8 touchdowns, and recorded a whopping 18 YPC in 2021. His size (6&#8217;1, 205) and speed (4.4 range) are a fantastic combination at the pro level. He is the perfect deep-threat WR for Fields. Fields can make progress in year two with Tolbert similar to Jalen Hurts in his second year with DeVonta Smith.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">South Alabama WR Jalen Tolbert with a 4.44 40 yard dash! <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NFL?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NFL</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NFLDraft?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NFLDraft</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/NFLCombine?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#NFLCombine</a> <a href="https://t.co/jYnWRGLE0M">pic.twitter.com/jYnWRGLE0M</a></p>&mdash; Tom Downey (@WhatGoingDowney) <a href="https://twitter.com/WhatGoingDowney/status/1499559714442686464?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 4, 2022</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
</div></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Round 3: Trey McBride (projected trade up)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Chicago Bears should really be aggressive to help their young, dual-threat QB. They aren&#8217;t only losing A-Rob, but the 35-year-old Jimmy Graham is bound to hit free agency or potentially retirement. The Bears should aim to draft Trey McBride, who is the best TE in the entire draft class. The Bears are honestly the perfect fit for McBride. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Colorado State TE ousted 90 receptions and 1,121 yards last season. His pro comparison by Bleacher Report is Hunter Henry, largely because of his route running, large frame, and quickness. McBride, Tolbert, and Fields would be an admirable trio for years to come. I believe the selection of McBride in round three will help Fields more than any offensive lineman. The Saints traded up to scoop RB Alvin Kamara in the third round and it&#8217;s safe to say that paid off. The value of the talented TE McBride could be underlooked, so the Bears should move up in the third round to ink the TE that can help Fields on Day 1.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Trey McBride!! Whew ? ? ? <br><br> <a href="https://t.co/fIXKmGa41V">https://t.co/fIXKmGa41V</a></p>&mdash; Brendan Moore (@bmoorecfb) <a href="https://twitter.com/bmoorecfb/status/1499520593896607746?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 3, 2022</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
