<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In a flash, we&#8217;re already heading into week 3 of the NFL season. There have been plenty of talking points when it comes to fantasy football. None bigger than the significant amount of high profile injuries.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">These injuries could shape the rest of the fantasy season so it&#8217;s important to hit the waiver and consider trades to fill your holes. As for week 3 let&#8217;s take a look at some of the injuries we&#8217;re keeping an eye on.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-09-17_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Joe Mixon</a> (@ MIN) &#8211; Mixon picked up an ankle injury during Houston&#8217;s Sunday night win over the Bears. The injury was caused by a hip drop tackle (aren&#8217;t we enforcing that this year?) and it didn&#8217;t look good initially. Thankfully Mixon avoided any serious injury but his status could be in jeopardy this week.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JeffJu00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-09-17_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Justin Jefferson</a> (vs. HOU) &#8211; Jefferson had a monster game on Sunday including a 97-yard receiving touchdown. Unfortunately, he also picked up a quad injury that is worth monitoring. As of now, the Vikings are listing him as day-to-day and there&#8217;s a good chance he will still play this week.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Every year, there’s a couple of teams that make huge changes to their roster during Free Agency and this year did not disappoint. With more movement than in past years, there is a lot to cover. So let’s look at three teams that did a great, good and bad job.&nbsp;</p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Winner</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Texans made sure this off-season they would address their weaknesses. And they did just that, getting a star edge rusher in <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HuntDa01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Danielle Hunter</a>. The four-time pro bowler amassed 16 sacks last year and is going to absolutely rejuvenate the Texans d-line. The price was hefty with a 2 year 49 million dollar contract. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That’s not all the Texans did, a 7th round pick was sent to the Bengals for RB <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Joe Mixon</a>. Many argued the weakest point of the Texans’ roster last year was the running back position, well now this should be fixed by getting a star guy in Joe Mixon. Also a couple of acquisitions to get DE <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/A/AutrDe00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Denico Autry</a> and LB <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/A/AlShAz00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Azeez Al-Shaair</a>. Finally, the resigning of <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BrowNo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Noah Brown</a> on a 1 year contract was a good depth piece to be a productive guy for QB CJ Stroud.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">In the Middle</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Falcons did a really good job of getting guys to majorly upgrade their roster. Former Vikings QB <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CousKi00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Kirk Cousins</a> signed on a 4 Year, 180M dollar contract to provide them an automatic upgrade. I would be lying if I said I didn’t have my concerns for Cousins but the reality of the situation is, he will be better than Ridder.</p>

<center><a id='SztvCRw5Sa9Y81QYevExEQ' class='gie-single' href='http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/1280933961' target='_blank' style='color:#a7a7a7;text-decoration:none;font-weight:normal !important;border:none;display:inline-block;' rel="noopener">Embed from Getty Images</a><script>window.gie=window.gie||function(c){(gie.q=gie.q||[]).push(c)};gie(function(){gie.widgets.load({id:'SztvCRw5Sa9Y81QYevExEQ',sig:'ht_yso_9x36cJ1aGpg5LPGmGdf1rrc5g1uLUfzJkyqs=',w:'594px',h:'396px',items:'1280933961',caption: true ,tld:'com',is360: false })});</script><script src='//embed-cdn.gettyimages.com/widgets.js' charset='utf-8' async></script></center>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cousins has the weapons to thrive in an offense with <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PittKy00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Kyle Pitts</a>, <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/R/RobiBi01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Bijan Robinson</a> and <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/L/LondDr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Drake London</a>, the question is Cousins going to be the same off the injury? The money is hefty as well with a 45 million average of each year. 25 million is guaranteed each year with the rest of the money being escalators to get him to 45 million.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Also acquiring former Chicago Bears WR Mooney was a nice addition even though the contract was large, Mooney’s vertical skill set is exactly what the Falcons were missing.&nbsp;</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Loser</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For the salary cap fake crowd, this one is a silencer. The Buffalo Bills had to release several key players including All-Pro Corner Tre’Davious White, Saftey <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PoyeJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Jordan Poyer</a> and O-linemen <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BateRy02.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Ryan Bates</a> due to trade. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As long as the Bills have <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/search/search.fcgi?pid=AlleJo02,AlleJo03,AlleJo00&amp;search=Josh+Allen&amp;utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Josh Allen</a> they should be fine, but these key losses are incredibly concerning and will be interesting to see how they will address the needs in the draft. It’s not all doom and gloom though, as left tackle <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DawkDi00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2024-03-13_pfr">Dion Dawkins</a> has extended his deal for three more years.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Our weekly fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em series features your best bets at the skill positions and players you should avoid. We also include our start of the week for the player who is guaranteed to produce that week. Below is our week 11 edition and as per usual I picked these players based on the Half-PPR scoring system. Be sure to check out our <a href="https://profootballmania.com/fantasy-football-rankings/">fantasy football </a>section for fantasy football advice and much more!</em></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Quarterbacks</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/G/GoffJa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Jared Goff</a> (vs. Chi) &#8211; </strong>Jared Goff&#8217;s numbers haven&#8217;t been gaudy this season but he has been consistent at the quarterback position. Goff ranks 12th in total fantasy points for quarterbacks which includes his BYE week. He had an impressive showing in the week 10 win vs. the Chargers where he had 333 yards and 2 touchdowns. Up next Goff will face the Bears at home and this is setup for Goff to have his best performance of the season. I can see Goff throwing for 3 touchdowns in this one as the Lions cruise.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MayfBa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Baker Mayfield</a> (@ SF) &#8211; </strong>Mayfield has been solid for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this year. It is somewhat surprising as many including myself, thought he would be benched by this point of the season. With that said you will need to sit Mayfield this week as he is set to face the 49ers on the road. San Francisco bounced back last week in a 34-3 throttling at Jacksonville. More importantly, the defense looked like its old self constantly pressuring <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/L/LawrTr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Trevor Lawrence</a>. Mayfield will be under that same pressure all game long and the Bucs offense is in for a rough afternoon.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Running Backs</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/ChanTy01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Ty Chandler</a> (@ Den) &#8211; </strong>Chandler was a priority on the waiver wire this week for a reason. Fellow running back <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MattAl01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Alexander Mattison</a> is likely to miss this matchup which paves the way for Chandler. He will get to face the Broncos defense which is allowing the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. Fire up Chandler this week as he is in line for a big game.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Joe Mixon</a> (@ Bal) &#8211; </strong>Mixon and the Bengals are set to face an angry Ravens team on Thursday night. The Ravens had a surprising collapse against the Browns last week and will be looking to bounce back vs. their division rival. The last time they met Mixon was held in check vs. this Ravens defense. I expect more of the same tonight for Mixon and the Bengals ground game.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Wide Receivers</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SmitDe07.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">DeVonta Smith</a> (@ KC) &#8211; </strong>The Super Bowl rematch is the game of the week and it should be another high-scoring affair. Kansas City will no doubt prioritize locking down <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/search/search.fcgi?pid=override,BrowAJ00&amp;amp;amp;search=A.J.+Brown&amp;amp;amp;utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">A.J. Brown</a> which will give more opportunities for Smith in the passing game. Keep in mind the Eagles also likely be without tight end <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/G/GoedDa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Dallas Goedert</a> who is dealing with a forearm injury. This means more of a target share for Smith who has a touchdown in back-to-back games.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CoopAm00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Amari Cooper</a> (vs. Pit) &#8211; </strong>Amari Cooper is in for a frustrating game vs. the Steelers. Cooper has had a nice season thus far and is in the top 12 in receiving yards with 715. Unfortunately for him and the Browns offense, <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/W/WatsDe00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Deshaun Watson</a> is set to miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. The loss of Watson will no doubt hurt the Browns passing attack as they will rely more than ever on their stellar defense.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Tight Ends</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

Backup quarterback <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BageTy00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Tyson Bagent</a> filled in admirably for Chicago but this offense is more dynamic with Fields at the helm. Kmet should find success in the passing game as the Bears are likely to be playing from behind on the road vs. the Lions.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em </strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/ConkTy00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Tyler Conklin</a> (@ Buf) &#8211; </strong>Conklin had his best game of the season last week in the loss vs. the Raiders. He had 70 yards on 7 receptions including a 27-yard catch and run. Don&#8217;t expect that to continue this week when the Jets head to Buffalo. Conklin was held to just 2 yards on 1 reception when these teams met in week 1. The Bills are in desperate need of a win and they will get it this week.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Start of the Week</h4>

In his return from the IR, Conner had 73 rushing yards on 16 carries. Conner certainly looked like his old self and I expect even better numbers this week vs. the Texans. This one has the makings of a shootout and you could see last week the impact of <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MurrKy00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-16_pfr">Kyler Murray</a> returning had for the Cardinals. Lock in Conner this week as a must-start as he is set for a big day.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Our weekly fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em series features your best bets at the skill positions and players you should avoid. We also include our start of the week for the player who is guaranteed to produce that week. Below is our week 9 edition and as per usual I picked these players based on the Half-PPR scoring system. Be sure to check out our <a href="https://profootballmania.com/fantasy-football-rankings/">fantasy football </a>section for fantasy football advice and much more!</em></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Quarterbacks</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CarrDe02.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr">Derek Carr</a> (vs. Chi) &#8211; </strong>The Saints offense exploded for 38 points last week and it came at a perfect time. Carr and the New Orleans offense were heavily scrutinized the week before and Carr was visibly frustrated. It was nice to see him back bounce under increased pressure and next up they get the lowly Bears at home. Expect Carr and the Saints offense to continue to roll as the Bears are giving up an average of 19.6 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SmitGe00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Geno Smith</a> (@ Bal) </strong>&#8211; Geno Smith hasn&#8217;t quite been the same player as he was last year. So far that hasn&#8217;t hurt the Seahawks as they are 5-2 and lead the NFC West. If he keeps playing like this though it could hurt their chances down the stretch. Up next they have to travel cross-country to Baltimore where the Ravens have been tough at home. Smith will have difficulties moving the ball against this Ravens defense and it&#8217;s best to sit him this week.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Running Backs</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Joe Mixon</a> (vs. Buf) &#8211;</strong> Mixon has been somewhat disappointing this season but did show signs of breaking out last week. He finished with his best performance of the year against the 49ers and racked up 87 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. Up next the Bengals will face the Bills at home and I like Mixon to continue to improve. The Bills can at times be vulnerable against the run and I expect this to be a high-scoring contest. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/StevRh00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr">Rhamondre Stevenson</a> (vs. Wsh)</strong> &#8211; Stevenson has really been a dud the season and that will continue on Sunday vs. the Commanders. At this point in the season, it&#8217;s hard to justify starting Stevenson who has yet to break 60 yards rushing in a game. The Commanders defense is vulnerable against the pass but they have held their own against running backs. </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Wide Receivers  </h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em </strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/search/search.fcgi?pid=PittMi01,PittMi00&amp;amp;search=Michael+Pittman&amp;amp;utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Michael Pittman</a> Jr. (@ Car) &#8211; </strong>Look for Pittman to have another big game on Sunday vs. the Panthers. Pittman is starting to come into his own and has had great chemistry with quarterback Gardner Minshew. He&#8217;s had 32 targets in his last three games including 2 touchdowns during that span. Up next is the Panthers defense who have struggled against the deep ball.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SmitDe07.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr">DeVonta Smith</a> (vs. Dal) &#8211;</strong> Smith has had his moments but hasn&#8217;t been consistent enough this season. He has had some puzzling drops this year and at times disappears from the game plan for the Eagles. Up next Philadelphia will face the Dallas defense that has locked down the receiver position despite key injuries. I&#8217;m not giving up on Smith yet but sitting him for this game.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Tight Ends</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Start &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HillTa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr">Taysom Hill</a> (vs. Chi) &#8211; </strong>Hill has been one of the surprises over the last two weeks including finishing as TE1 last week. Hill has been used heavily in the run game for the Saints but also has 14 targets in his last 3 games. Expect Hill to continue to get utilized for New Orleans who will look to attack the weak Bears defense.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sit &#8216;Em</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SchuDa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Dalton Schultz</a> (vs. TB)</strong> &#8211; Before last week&#8217;s dud, Shultz had three consecutive weeks with receiving touchdowns for the Texans. I still like Schultz long term but not this week. He will face a Buccaneers defense that is allowing just 5.9 fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Sit Schultz this week but keep him on your roster.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Start of the Week</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MinsGa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-02_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Gardner Minshew</a> (@ Car)</strong> &#8211; Minshew is our start of the week as he has a favorable matchup on Sunday. Minshew and the Colts offense have put up 38+ points the last two weeks and I see them putting up big numbers vs. Carolina. Minshew is averaging 19.2 fantasy points per game in his 4 starts and I see him getting 20+ again this week. Really the only thing holding him back is the turnovers (5 int&#8217;s the last 3 games). If he can eliminate the mistakes Minshew will be a plus starter the rest of the way. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What an exciting week 2 of NFL football as we saw a few big comebacks, and a few dominant victories with teams that have solidified themselves as legit. Let&#8217;s take a look at which teams stock went up, and which ones are trending down.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Stock Up</strong></h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Baltimore Ravens</strong>: For all the <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/search/search.fcgi?pid=JackLa00,JackLa02&amp;amp;search=Lamar+Jackson&amp;amp;utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Lamar Jackson</a> doubters he has shown he is a pocket passer after Game 2. Now it is only one game and defenses will try to defend him better but the Ravens appear to be on the up and up. If <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/E/EdwaGu00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Gus Edwards</a> can run like he did in Game 2 they will be hard to beat. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>San Francisco 49ers</strong>: <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PurdBr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Brock Purdy</a> didn&#8217;t have his best game, but the 49ers still won with a stiff D and and another strong game from <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/McCaCh01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Christian McCaffrey</a>. Also, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SamuDe00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Deebo Samuel</a> came alive, who they will need as they compete with the good teams in the NFC. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dallas Cowboys</strong>: Two words, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/ParsMi00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Micah Parsons</a>! He is a difference maker on defense and a big reason Dallas will be hard to beat this year. There D is extremely fast and talented. Even if <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PresDa01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Dak Prescott</a> doesn&#8217;t play his best, Dallas should be in every game. </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Stock Down</strong></h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Houston Texans</strong>: We all didn&#8217;t expect Houston to be a Super Bowl favorite but they haven&#8217;t looked that good. This is a rebuilding year with their first year QB.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Denver Broncos</strong>: Denver had a 21-3 lead against the Commanders and somehow found a way to lose at home. <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/W/WilsRu00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Russell Wilson</a> had flashes of good plays and then plays that left me scratching my head. He has to learn to be smart with the ball and not be so tentative in the pocket. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cincinnati Bengals</strong>: Cincinnati should be OK in the long run, but right now they don&#8217;t look good. The offensive line is struggling to protect <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BurrJo01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Joe Burrow</a>, which is effecting the solid WR corps of the Bengals. I feel like they have to utilize <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-09-19_pfr">Joe Mixon</a> better to relieve some pressure off Burrow. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The running back position has been a hot topic in the NFL recently. <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BarkSa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Saquon Barkley</a> has <a href="https://profootballmania.com/2023/06/12/would-saquon-barkley-really-sit-out-the-2023-season/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">voiced his displeasure</a> at being franchise tagged and left the possibility of sitting out the 2023 season. Barkley and the Giants will likely work things out but what he is doing now is important for the future of the position. In all, 4 players who made our list of the best running backs of 2023 all have been tagged or have contract disputes. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This past offseason the top 3 running backs available were all franchise tagged. In addition, Chargers running back <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/E/EkelAu00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Austin Ekeler</a> is also not happy about his current contract situation. If it wasn&#8217;t for a recent boost in incentives, Ekeler may have been traded. It&#8217;s important to point out these details as the real value of running backs has been debated in recent years. One thing you can&#8217;t debate is that the players below all play a critical role in their teams&#8217; success. Let&#8217;s now look closer at the top 10 running backs in the NFL today.</p>

In fact, the entire Saints offense took a step back last year and struggled to find an identity. New Orleans hopes the new addition of <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CarrDe02.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Derek Carr</a> will help solve their offensive woes and help them take a step forward. Carr will open up the field again for Kamara and the running back should bounce back. Health and off-the-field issues will be a concern for Kamara but as of now, it looks like he won&#8217;t be suspended.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats:  1,387 all purpose yards | 4 total touchdowns </strong> </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-9-joe-mixon">9. Joe Mixon</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When healthy, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Joe Mixon</a> has put up consistent numbers throughout his career with the Cincinnati Bengals. Mixon is a true three-down back in one of the league&#8217;s best offenses. In 2023, he will have the backfield all to himself as <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PeriSa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Samaje Perine</a> is now with the Broncos. You can expect another Pro Bowl caliber year from Mixon and plenty of opportunities to score.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 1,255 all purpose yards | 9 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-8-tony-pollard">8. Tony Pollard</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When the Dallas Cowboys released <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/E/ElliEz00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Ezekiel Elliott</a> this offseason it signaled a changing of the guard. They were now confident enough to let <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PollTo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Tony Pollard</a> be the feature back. Pollard has all the tools of a modern NFL running back. He will now get the chance to showcase those skills for Dallas. The only concern with Pollard is durability. Can he handle the full-time workload? </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 1,378 all purpose yards | 12 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-7-aaron-jones">7. Aaron Jones</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For most of his career in Green Bay, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/search/search.fcgi?pid=JoneAa00,JoneAa20&amp;amp;search=Aaron+Jones&amp;amp;utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Aaron Jones</a> has had competition in the Packers backfield. That really hasn&#8217;t mattered as Jones has put up numbers regardless. Jones has always been a threat in the receiving game and in 2022 had 5 receiving touchdowns. Now with <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/R/RodgAa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Aaron Rodgers</a> out of the picture, Jones will be relied on more than ever. </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-6-saquon-barkley">6. Saquon Barkley</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The aforementioned Saquon Barkley will be playing with a chip on his shoulder next season. For what it&#8217;s worth, the Giants should&#8217;ve franchise tagged <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JoneDa05.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Daniel Jones</a> and paid Barkley his due. It&#8217;s now unlikely that the two sides will agree on a new deal before the start of the season. The off-the-field noise won&#8217;t slow down Barkley&#8217;s production in 2023.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 1,650 all purpose yards | 10 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-5-nick-chubb">5. Nick Chubb</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Since his rookie season, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/ChubNi00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Nick Chubb</a> has rushed for 1000+ yards each year he has been in the league. Chubb has always been an old school type of running back who can carry the heavy load. He had 302 rushing attempts last season and is showing no signs of slowing down.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2002 Stats: 1,764 all purpose yards | 13 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-4-derrick-henry">4. Derrick Henry</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Like Chubb, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HenrDe00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Derrick Henry</a> is a between the tackles type of runner with breakaway speed. There were rumors this offseason that the Titans might try and trade Henry. Those rumors turned out to be false as Henry looks poised for another big year. No matter who the quarterback is for the Titans, Henry will be the focal point of this offense for the foreseeable future. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 1,936 all purpose yards | 13 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-3-austin-ekeler">3. Austin Ekeler</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Austin Ekeler is one of the most versatile running backs in the NFL today. Line him up anywhere on the field and Ekeler will deliver. As we mentioned before this is likely Ekeler&#8217;s last season for the Chargers due to the contract situation. If he hits free agency expect a big payday for Ekeler.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 1,637 all purpose yards | 18 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-2-josh-jacobs">2. Josh Jacobs</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Despite being franchise tagged this offseason, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JacoJo01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr">Josh Jacobs</a> has been business as usual. Jacobs is a true professional who lets his game speak for itself. In 2022, Jacobs led the league in rushing yards, all purpose yards, yards per game and total touches. Even with a change at quarterback for the Raiders you can expect the gameplan to be the same. Keep feeding Jacobs.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2022 Stats: 2,053 all purpose yards | 12 total touchdowns</strong></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="htoc-1-christian-mccaffrey">1. Christian McCaffrey</h4>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/McCaCh01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-06-15_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Christian McCaffrey</a> was traded to the San Francisco 49ers this past season it was a bit surprising. Kyle Shanahan has always deployed a running back by committee offensive system. By bringing in McCaffrey he knew he would have to rely heavily on his new star. The trade paid off as the 49ers were just 1 game away from the Super Bowl despite questions at quarterback. Now with a full offseason under his belt, McCaffrey is set for a monster year in San Francisco.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This weekends games should be very competitive, as four high powered teams go at it. There are so many story lines this weekend to include, <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MahoPa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Patrick Mahomes</a> ankle. Will <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BurrJo01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Joe Burrow</a> continue his dominant QB play? How will Mr Irrelevant (<a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PurdBr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Brock Purdy</a>) perform in Philly where the crowd will be hostile? Can San Francisco&#8217;s defense stop the Eagles electric offense? One thing I&#8217;ve learned analyzing the NFL, is that whatever happened last week doesn&#8217;t really dictate what will happen this week. Let&#8217;s breakdown each game, and see who I believe will win.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">After last Sunday&#8217;s game it looked like Mahomes&#8217;s ankle was not good at all. He was limping and even dropping back to hand off the ball was difficult. To many people&#8217;s surprise he practiced yesterday and appears fine to play on Sunday. We shall see though as one weird hit and he could be limping again. On the Bengals side of the ball, they are healthy and clicking on all cylinders. Surprisingly, their defense has stepped up and has made the Bengals a tough team to beat. If I&#8217;m the Bengals, I make Mahomes scramble as much as he can through blitzes and other stunts. Also, I would jam <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/K/KelcTr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Travis Kelce</a> at the line and try to be as physical as I can. The problem is I still believe he balls out, so the Bengals might have to chalk it up on having a big impact. In addition to stopping Kelce they will have to contain <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/P/PachIs00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Isiah Pacheco</a>, the Chiefs speedy running back. Basically, they have to make Mahomes&#8217;s life miserable by knocking him down and forcing him into bad throws. I&#8217;m not too worried about the Bengals offense as they have been dominant for much of the season. The Chiefs need to rattle Burrow and force him into bad throws. Also, try to contain <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MixoJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Joe Mixon</a> who can break one for a touchdown at any time. The Chiefs want revenge in this game as they were so close to moving on last year to the Superbowl. There has been reports that there calling Arrowhead, &#8220;Burrowhead&#8221; which only motivates the Chiefs to prove them wrong. This game will be close and will probably require a last minute field goal to win it. Because of how evenly matched they are, but coaching and playing at home KC has the edge, I like the Chiefs by 3 in this one.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Chiefs 31 Bengals 28</strong> </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>San Francisco 49ers at Philadelphia Eagles</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Philly looked unstoppable last weekend as they dominated the New York Football Giants. But as I said in my comment above it&#8217;s hard to go off what happened last week as the Eagles could lay an egg this week against the tough 49ers. With that said, I don&#8217;t think that will happen, and I have Philly winning by 7 in this game. They have talent all over the field, they&#8217;re playing at home, and they have the more dynamic quarterback in <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HurtJa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Jalen Hurts</a>. SF will have a plan to slow down the Eagles offense by stopping the run game and not allowing Hurts to run the read option. Their best chance is to force Hurts to be a pocket passer. For SF on offense, play smart Football, put Purdy in situations where he will succeed. They need <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/McCaCh01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-01-27_pfr">Christian McCaffrey</a> to play well, but the problem is, the Eagles know that. If I&#8217;m Philly I force Purdy to beat me with his arm, which will be a very tough challenge. I believe Purdy throws an INT in this game as well as fumbling the ball and giving the ball back to Philly. That crowd will be raucous, Philly has an exceptional pass rush, just too much for San Francisco!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Eagles 28 49ers 21</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Last weeks record 2-2</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Championship round is upon us. Will the home teams win? Will Patrick Mahomes be healthy enough to be effective? These are some of the questions I will be asking entering championship Sunday. See the breakdown below on how each team can move on. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>How the Chiefs can Win</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Arrowhead is an awfully tough place to play.  It is loud and KC is at its best at home.  The Chiefs need to continue to feed Travis Kelce the ball, but I think the key in this game will be the running game of the Chiefs, especially when Mahomes is not 100%.  Andy Reid will need to be creative in his game plan knowing that Mahomes won’t be his true self. On defense, get to Joe Burrow and force him into mistakes. The Chiefs have a formidable pass rush led by Chris Jones who will need to have a standout game. This may be a game where the last person with the ball wins. Get ready for a classic!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>How the Eagles can Win</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Eagles are also tough to beat at home and Philadelphia will be rocking!  Philly has more talent than the 49ers on both sides of the ball.  The key to this game will also be the running game with Miles Sanders along with Jalen Hurt’s ability to run the read option.  Philly wins if they do this along with making Brock Purdy’s life a living hell.  They need to rattle him early and often and hopefully getting a pick where he starts thinking. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>How the Bengals can win</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Bengals have had the Chiefs number in the last few games.  With Mahomes not at 100% they have a very real chance to win this game.  The Bengals defense needs to rattle Mahomes and force him to escape the pocket where he will not be as effective. Also they need to watch tape on how to stop Kelce. This is usually done by being physical at the line and disrupting his route. Joe Burrow and his ability to use all of his weapons will be key.  He will need to sprinkle in some Joe Mixon and Hayden Hurst, but it’s his play that will carry the Bengals to a win.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>How the 49ers can win</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The 49ers are extremely well coached.  They have a top notch defense that is playing at a really high level.  They have a third string quarterback that outplayed a 20 million dollar quarterback in Dallas.  For them to win it’s the defense that will make that happen.  I don’t think they will put up more than 24 in this game which means the D will need to keep Philly under 24.  That will be a tall task but an attainable one.  On offense, they need to keep Philly’s d off balance and keep them guessing.  Of course Christian McCaffrey will need a great game.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Every week owners have a tough time picking which player to ride on or which player to sit on the bench. With this article, we aim to help fantasy owners determine which players to start or sit.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>PLAYERS TO START</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>QB: Trevor Lawrence JAX (Projected: 18.08 FP)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No other QB has been as dominant right now as is Trevor Lawrence. Trevor Lawrence has led Jacksonville to two straight big comeback victories against playoff teams. In terms of FP, he has averaged 30+ FP in those games as well. He comes in and faces a tough New York Jets defense. However, he has been playing his butt off and he will continue to prove he is the future of the NFL with another great performance.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>WR: Diontae Johnson PIT (Projected: 10.23 FP)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Diontae Johnson is the best WR right now who has zero TDs this season. He has had a great season so far and constantly produces double digit games. Last week, he caught 10 passes for 98 yards and rushed for two yards. With a game against the Raiders in Week 16, he is primed for another solid performance and hopefully his first TD.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>PLAYERS TO SIT</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>RB: Joe Mixon CIN (Projected 14.35 FP)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Joe Mixon struggled in Week 15 against Tampa Bay when he was just held to 21 rushing yards. He did do well in the pass game to bring him to 10.40 FP. For Week 16, he faces a New England defense that does well against the run. It might be better to find another option instead of Joe Mixon for the Week 16 games.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>TE: Mark Andrews BAL (Projected: 14.27 FP)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mark Andrews disappointed again when he faced the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. He only caught three of seven passes for just 31 yards. He hasn&#8217;t scored in double-digits since Week 12 where he scored 10 FP exactly. It&#8217;s getting difficult to trust Andrews especially since Baltimore has focused on the run more ever since Lamar Jackson got hurt.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>DEF/ST: Buffalo Bills BUF (Projected: 9.25 FP)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Buffalo will come into Week 16 against the Chicago Bears on the road. They face Justin Fields who has been dynamic and unstoppable when he&#8217;s running. The Eagles struggled against him and are one of the elite defenses in football. Last week, the Bills defense struggled against Miami by scoring just two fantasy points. The projection is really high for the Bills and I think they may have a difficult time approaching that score.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Las Vegas Raiders (-6) at Los Angeles Rams</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Guess who&#8217;s back? Yes, Baker Mayfield, who might start against the Rams. Unfortunately, not even Baker can save the Rams in this game. Raiders are hot on both sides of the ball, and are clicking on all levels. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Raiders 24 Rams 13</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>New York Jets at Buffalo Bills</strong> <strong>(-9.5)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Buffalo is a very tough place to play even if your the New York Jets. Mike White has been playing well, but I think the Buffalo D will be too much this week. Interesting matchup to watch: Stefon Diggs vs Sauce Gardner. Sauce has gone up against all the best wide receivers in the league, and has been pretty successful. In this game though, I like Diggs to score at least one TD and have 75 yards or more.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction:  Bills 27 Jets 20</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals</strong> <strong>(-6)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cleveland picked a bad time to play the Bengals. The Bengals fresh off a great win over the Chiefs, are looking as dominant as ever. As well as they&#8217;ve been playing, Joe Mixon should be back this week which will give them that extra boost. On the Cleveland side of the ball, Deshaun Watson looked well, rusty, and if it wasn&#8217;t for the defense they would of lost.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Bengals 31 Browns 13</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Houston Texans at Dallas Cowboys</strong> <strong>(-16)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">One team is playing for the #1 draft pick, and the other is playing for the #1 seed. The Dallas defense has been exceptional and on the offensive side of the ball, they will put up big numbers this week! Expect them to be up by so much, they rest Dak and put Cooper Rush in. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Dallas 38  Houston 7</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions</strong> <strong>(-2)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This matchup is very intriguing as both teams have a lot to play for. The Vikings are looking to keep pace with the Eagles, while the Lions are fighting for a playoff spot. The Lions have been playing well led by their true player coach Dan Campbell. This game will come down to a last minute field goal by the Vikings. Even though Detroit is at home, I like the Vikings in this one.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Minnesota 24 Lions 21</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Philadelphia Eagles (-7) at New York Giants</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Eagles are a complete team on both sides of the ball. The Giants started out hot and have struggled as of late. I think the Eagles win, but not as much as one would think. New York is fighting to stay in the playoff picture after an uninspiring tie last week against Washington.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction:  Philly 30 New York 24</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers (-2.5)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">No Lamar most likely in this one. Tyler Huntley will step in and play well as a dual threat QB. The Ravens got &#8220;lucky&#8221; last week with a one point win, and I think this week they put away the Steelers. Mark Andrews is due to come back and I think that&#8217;s good for Tyler Huntley. He will most likely be running or dumping it to Andrews out in space. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Ravens 20 Steelers 17</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans (-4)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Titans got exposed last week against the Eagles and embarrassed. Their &#8220;star&#8221; WR put up big numbers on his old team and it provided to be too much for Tennessee. In this game they will be too much for the Jaguars who will have a hurt QB and Trevor Lawrence. Derek Henry will run well in this game along with Ryan Tannehill leading their offense.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Titans 24 Jaguars 17</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Kansas City Chiefs (-9.5) at Denver Broncos</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Two teams going in opposite directions. The Denver Broncos seems to be dysfunctional right now led by their high profile QB Russell Wilson. The Chiefs will be too much this week even playing in the altitude. Look for Mahomes to have 4 touchdowns passes. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Chiefs 37 Broncos 14</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers</strong> <strong>(-3.5)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What will the 49ers look like in Brock Purdy&#8217;s first start under center? In the game last week, he looked good leading the 49ers to a win over the Dolphins. It&#8217;s one thing though to come in during the game, and its another to start a game and then be consistent. Its a different mindset. Tampa Bay narrowly escaped a victory last week with some Brady magic. The Bucs have struggled this year scoring which is surprising looking at the talent they have on that side of the ball. In this game, the 49ers will prevail and it&#8217;s the defense that will lead them to victory.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: 49ers 21 Bucs 16</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Carolina Panthers at Seattle Seahawks</strong> <strong>(-3.5)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Everybody remember Sam Darnold? Well, he will be starting this week against the Seahawks. Carolina is coming off a bye but the Seahawks will be too much for them, especially in Seattle. Seattle also has a lot to play for as they want to stay in the top 7 in the NFC.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Seattle 27 Panthers 17</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Miami Dolphins (-3) at Los Angeles Chargers</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The red hot Dolphins ran into a buzzsaw last week against the formidable San Francisco 49ers. I think they have bad taste in their mouth, and take care of the Chargers in LA. Look for Tyreek Hill to have a big game!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Dolphins 30 Chargers 20</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>New England Patriots (-1.5) at Arizona Cardinals</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The well coached Patriots are going up against a fairly healthy Cardinals club. Kyler Murray is coming off a great start and had a week to rest. Between Deandre Hopkins and James Connor at running back, the Cardinals will win a close one in Arizona.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prediction: Cardinals 21 Patriots 17</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Week 13 Record 13-1-1</strong></p>
