<p class="wp-block-paragraph">With a wild week 10 now behind us, it&#8217;s time to start looking ahead to week 11 and the waiver wire. There are still valuable players available on waivers that we highlight below. This week there are another four teams on BYE (Falcons, Colts, Patriots and Saints) that you will need to adjust your rosters for. Let&#8217;s now look at the top players to target this week.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Quarterbacks</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DobbJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr">Joshua Dobbs</a> &#8211; (46.0% Owned)</strong> </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Josh Dobbs continued his incredible story with another victory this past Sunday. Dobbs is now 2-0 with the Vikings and looks to be getting <a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JeffJu00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Justin Jefferson</a> back this week. He is now 7th in total fantasy points for quarterbacks (179.5) between his time in Arizona and now Minnesota. He also has a plus matchup this week when the Vikings take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday night. Quarterback needy teams should prioritize grabbing Dobbs.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Running Backs</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/ChanTy01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr">Ty Chandler</a> &#8211; (5.9% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2nd year running back Ty Chandler filled in admirably for the injured <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MattAl01.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr">Alexander Mattison</a> on Sunday. Mattison left the game due to a concussion and Chandler was able to rush for 45 yards in relief. There is a good chance that Mattison misses this week&#8217;s matchup vs. the Broncos which means Chandler would be the lead back. Chandler should be the main priority on waivers this week as he has the explosive ability to take it to the house on any play. Even when Mattison comes back I like the long-term prospects of Chandler.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Wide Receivers  </h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/CookBr00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr">Brandin Cooks</a> &#8211; (43.6% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cooks had a monster game against the New York Giants in week 10. He totaled 173 receiving yards on 10 targets including a touchdown. The Giants defense was blasted yet again by the Cowboys but this type of performance was encouraging for Cooks. Playing him will be a gamble due to his inconsistency but Cooks has boom potential in the right matchup.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Tight Ends</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/F/FreiPa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-11-14_pfr">Pat Freiermuth</a> &#8211; (36.3% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Freiermuth is scheduled to come off the IR this week in time for the Steelers clash vs. the Browns. Freiermuth didn&#8217;t exactly impress before going on IR but he was dealing with a hamstring injury that slowed him down. If he is now completely healthy Freirmuth is worth stashing as he has top-10 TE ability in his game. If you&#8217;re in need of a tight end he is worth a claim.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">It&#8217;s week 5 in the NFL and we are back with our waiver wire pickups of the week. There are still plenty of players to target on the waiver that are less than 50% owned in fantasy football leagues. Let&#8217;s break down those names below and why you should pick them up.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Quarterbacks</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DobbJo00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr">Joshua Dobbs</a>  &#8211; (3.6% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Now that we have a good sample size of his play it&#8217;s time to put Dobbs on the radar. Dobbs was impressive in week 4 despite playing a stacked 49ers defense. Sunday was the second time this season he finished with 20+ fantasy points and was inside the weekly top 10 for quarterbacks. Dobbs also gives you the rushing element and already has a rushing touchdown this year. If you need a quarterback, Dobbs is worth a look.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Running Backs</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<center><a id='Qov8JV9xQYNazbbeyi7lhg' class='gie-single' href='http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/1713560212' target='_blank' style='color:#a7a7a7;text-decoration:none;font-weight:normal !important;border:none;display:inline-block;' rel="noopener">Embed from Getty Images</a><script>window.gie=window.gie||function(c){(gie.q=gie.q||[]).push(c)};gie(function(){gie.widgets.load({id:'Qov8JV9xQYNazbbeyi7lhg',sig:'rw00l3xpSNoVkwxhc4NtBJgXrRUUrFRDH1pbvPa1XCM=',w:'594px',h:'492px',items:'1713560212',caption: true ,tld:'com',is360: false })});</script><script src='//embed-cdn.gettyimages.com/widgets.js' charset='utf-8' async></script></center>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/McLaJa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Jaleel McLaughlin</a> &#8211; (2.3% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">McLaughlin will be the priority on the waiver wire this week as he filled in well for the injured <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/W/WillJa10.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr">Javonte Williams</a>. Williams left the matchup with a hip injury and McLaughlin took advantage. He had 104 all-purpose yards and 1 receiving touchdown. If Williams misses time McLaughlin will likely slide into that starting role and the rookie looks to be ready for it.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Wide Receivers</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/W/WillJa11.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr">Jameson Williams</a> &#8211; (24.2% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If Williams is somehow still available in your league he is absolutely worth grabbing. Williams had his suspension reduced due to the new NFL betting rules and is immediately eligible to play. His talent is just too good to ignore and he should see plenty of opportunities in the Lions offense that is already thriving. Williams is a gamble but he could really pay off later in the season due to his big play ability.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Tight Ends</h4>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SchuDa00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr">Dalton Schultz</a> &#8211; (45.3% Owned)</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">One of the surprises of the early season is how good the Houston Texans offense has looked. Houston has scored 30 points in back-to-back games as <a rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/StroCJ00.htm?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=profootballmania.com&amp;utm_campaign=2023-10-03_pfr">C.J. Stroud</a> is coming into his own. Texans tight end Dalton Schultz had been quiet thus far but picked up his first touchdown of the season on Sunday. This was good enough for a top 5 weekly finish as Schultz also had 42 receiving yards. I would still like to see more consistency from him but if you&#8217;re thin at the position he is worth picking up.</p>

<h1 class="wp-block-heading">What to expect from Kellen Mond</h1>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">By: Jake Rajala</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Cleveland Browns recently signed Kellen Mond &#8211; who was the Minnesota Vikings 66th overall pick in the 2021 draft. Mond, who may be related to James Bond, is pegged as the Browns fourth-string QB. He stands behind Deshaun Watson, Jacoby Brissett, and Joshua Dobbs. The former UCLA legend &amp; NFL draft bust Josh Rosen was also added to the Browns practice squad. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Browns?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Browns</a> newest QB room with Kellen Mond (8) joining Josh Rosen (19) PS, Jacoby Brissett and Joshua Dobbs <a href="https://t.co/eIMyg7WEza">pic.twitter.com/eIMyg7WEza</a></p>&mdash; Fred Greetham (@FredGreetham9) <a href="https://twitter.com/FredGreetham9/status/1565358636494364672?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 1, 2022</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
</div></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Due to the Watson 11-game suspension, I believe CLE wants to beef up their QB room. Brissett is in line to be the Week 1 starter. In 2019, he started 15 games for the Indianapolis Colts. He also threw 18 touchdowns (to 4 interceptions), 2,942 passing yards, and held a 60.9 completion percentage. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Browns temporary QB2, Dobbs, was a Pittsburgh Steelers fourth-round pick in 2017. Dobbs has thrown 10 completions (out of 17 attempts), a 58.8%, and 1 interception in his career. Let&#8217;s not forget that he is also a rocket scientist. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I honestly suspect that Mond will be in a constant battle with Dobbs to be the backup to Brissett. Mond is slightly more athletic than Dobbs, but Dobbs is ahead of him with efficiency in my opinion. Dobbs has thrown 35 completions of 53 attempts, 338 passing yards, 2 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions this pre-season.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Browns?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Browns</a> QB Joshua Dobbs avoids the pressure, loses part of his jersey, scrambles away, tightropes the sideline, and someway somehow almost scores a touchdown. This is crazy.<a href="https://t.co/7tv1g2e7N8">pic.twitter.com/7tv1g2e7N8</a></p>&mdash; Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) <a href="https://twitter.com/MySportsUpdate/status/1561405944566878209?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">August 21, 2022</a></blockquote><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
</div></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Elon Musk-like quarterback may have a leg up on Mond, but it&#8217;s pivotal to note that Mond is four years younger than Dobbs, too. Dobbs and Brissett are both in CLE on a one-year deal. It&#8217;s unclear if the Browns can retain Brissett (especially if he excels in 2022) and even Dobbs. Perhaps Mond can blossom in 2022, which is a developmental year for him, and be the long-term backup to an un-suspended Watson.</p>
