PFM Fantasy Outlook
Christian Watson was the difference-maker Green Bay needed against Chicago. He caught six passes for 143 yards and two touchdowns, turning eight targets into a dominant performance. It was his second game this season with multiple scores. Through five weeks he is at 26 catches, 474 yards and six touchdowns, with downfield plays driving much of the production.
PFM has Watson WR3 for Week 6 against Dallas, reflecting the immediate ceiling he has shown, while WR14 for the rest of the season is a more measured view of what follows. Six receiving touchdowns in five games are difficult to sustain, even for a receiver averaging more than 18 yards per catch. Watson is not just living on one long play, though. He has drawn eight or more targets in three of his five appearances and has already produced two games over 140 yards. The Packers are giving him meaningful chances to change games. His ranking should remain aggressive without requiring that touchdown rate to continue.
