Dak Prescott did not need 50 throws to beat Philadelphia. After a difficult two-game stretch that included four interceptions, he completed 15 of 27 passes for 212 yards and three touchdowns without a turnover in Dallas' 38-21 win. CeeDee Lamb caught two touchdowns and George Pickens added another, while Javonte Williams ran for 155 yards. Dallas finally gave Prescott the support to attack scoring opportunities without carrying every drive through the air.
Prescott has 1,851 passing yards and 13 touchdowns with five interceptions through seven games. PFM places him QB5 in Week 8 against Arizona and QB3 rest of season. The contrast between Philadelphia and Green Bay is important: he threw 54 passes in the loss to the Packers but just 27 in the Eagles win. Balanced football can reduce passing volume while improving touchdown efficiency. His ceiling remains attractive if the Cowboys continue turning drives into points.
