Fantasy Snapshot
PFM Fantasy Outlook
Henry gave Baltimore another massive season in 2025 with 307 carries for 1,595 yards and 16 touchdowns. Even after his rushing total fell from 1,921 the year before, he still averaged 5.2 yards per carry and produced 17 runs of at least 20 yards. The receiving role remained small at 15 catches, so the fantasy formula is still heavily tied to rushing volume and touchdowns.
PFM has Henry at RB11 and No. 21 overall. Age is the obvious risk at 32, but Baltimore is not talking like a team planning to turn him into a part-time back. Offensive coordinator Declan Doyle described Henry's projected role as immense and said the workload should remain large. That makes the decision less about guessing when age wins and more about whether another 300-carry season can hold up physically.
