PFM ranks Williams RB16 and No. 39 overall. Dallas rewarded the breakout with a three-year extension, which matters because his fantasy case no longer depends on winning a new job in camp. The question is whether last year's efficiency and touchdown spike can hold. Even with some regression, 252 carries inside the same offense would give Williams a strong base at this price.
