Addison finally reached the box score against Chicago, catching two of five targets for 21 yards after going without a reception in the opener. The rain and low-scoring game did not help, but Minnesota still threw enough for Justin Jefferson to lead the passing game.
Two catches through two weeks are the larger concern. Addison is seeing some targets, including five in Week 2, but the offense has not turned them into useful production. The role does not need to match Jefferson's to have fantasy value. It does need to create more routine completions and downfield chances. Week 2 was a small step forward, not a real breakout from the slow start.
