Lamar Jackson has not played since injuring his ankle against Tennessee in Week 4. Baltimore ruled him out again for the trip to Cleveland, leaving Tyler Huntley to start a second consecutive game. The most important part of Jackson's fantasy outlook is no longer his rushing ability or the Ravens' offensive ceiling. It is whether he can practice and return without limitations from an injury that has already cost him multiple games.

Before the absence, Jackson had thrown for 967 yards and six touchdowns in four appearances, with another 144 yards and a score on the ground. Those numbers show why PFM still places him QB5 rest of season. Huntley can keep Baltimore competitive, but he does not replace Jackson's own fantasy production. The next practice reports matter more than a favorable opponent. Until there is a confirmed return, managers need another starting quarterback rather than treating the ranking as an availability guarantee.
