PFM Fantasy Outlook
Malik Nabers gave fantasy managers the clearest possible answer about his role in Week 5. The Giants threw to him 20 times against Washington, and he caught 11 passes for 121 yards. That followed a six-catch, 112-yard performance against Arizona. Nabers has now turned a slow opening stretch into two consecutive high-yardage games, reaching 29 receptions, 329 yards and two touchdowns through five weeks.
PFM ranks Nabers WR5 for Week 6 against New Orleans but WR17 for the rest of the season. The gap is understandable when the Giants' quarterback play has been uneven, yet the last two games show how heavily the offense can lean on him. New York is not asking Nabers to survive on deep touchdowns. He is getting a mixture of frequent catches and downfield opportunities. The concern is whether the Giants can keep those drives going, not whether Nabers has earned his targets.
