Stefon Diggs' first month in Washington produced touchdowns without the yardage that would make him a dependable fantasy starter. He caught 18 passes for 170 yards and three scores over four games, but none of those appearances reached 60 receiving yards. The hamstring injury then kept him out of the Week 5 game against the Giants. That combination puts his availability ahead of his scoring total entering the next matchup.

PFM ranks Diggs WR41 for the rest of the season and does not currently display a Week 6 rank. The lack of a weekly number is not a reason to assume he will return. Washington already has Terry McLaurin drawing meaningful outside opportunities, and the quarterback situation has changed with Jayden Daniels' elbow problem. Diggs can still help in the red zone when healthy, but his small yardage totals leave little margin if touchdowns do not arrive. A verified return to practice and better downfield production are both needed.
