Brian Thomas Jr. has become one of Jacksonville's most difficult fantasy evaluations because his production has almost disappeared. He did not record a catch against Philadelphia in Week 5 or Houston in Week 6. Those scoreless receiving lines cannot be explained by an injury designation or a bye. The Jaguars have continued playing football while much of their production has gone to other targets, including Parker Washington.

Thomas has only nine catches for 105 yards and one touchdown through six games. His ability to win on long routes has not vanished, but Trevor Lawrence has not been connecting with him often enough to support regular fantasy starts. Washington's emergence makes the competition for meaningful targets especially important. PFM's WR32 rest-of-season position is already a substantial step below Thomas' earlier standing. The next useful sign would be actual receptions and involvement early in drives, not another week of relying on a possible deep touchdown.
