Week 1PFM Fantasy Outlook
Purdy's opener was efficient where it mattered most. He threw for 205 yards, three touchdowns and one interception against the Rams, then added 29 rushing yards on five carries. San Francisco did not need a high-volume passing game because the offense finished drives and controlled the matchup.
PFM ranks Purdy QB6 for Week 2 against Miami. The three touchdowns are the key reason the modest yardage total did not hurt his fantasy line. Purdy has enough surrounding talent to remain efficient without throwing 40 times, and the 29 rushing yards add a small but useful floor. Week 2 is about whether the touchdown efficiency can stay high when the game environment changes.
