PFM Fantasy Outlook
Cook enters 2026 with a much stronger fantasy case than a year ago. He led the NFL with 1,621 rushing yards on 309 carries, averaged 5.2 yards per attempt and scored 12 times on the ground. He also added 33 catches for 291 yards and two more touchdowns, so the breakout was not built on rushing volume alone.
PFM ranks Cook RB4 and No. 9 overall. The reason is straightforward: Buffalo already showed it will feature him heavily inside one of the league's best rushing environments, and the efficiency held up even as the workload climbed. Cook does not need another massive jump to justify this price. A repeat of last year's rushing role with similar receiving work keeps him firmly in the first-round running back group.
