PFM Fantasy Outlook
Allen's 2025 passing stat line was good on its own: 3,668 yards, 25 touchdowns and 10 interceptions across 17 games. His fantasy separation came on the ground. He added 579 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns on 112 carries, giving him 41 rushing scores over the last three seasons alone.
PFM ranks Allen QB1 and No. 24 overall. That rushing production is why the position ranking survives even when the passing numbers move around from year to year. Buffalo does not need Allen to throw 40 touchdowns for him to finish as fantasy's top quarterback because goal-line work and scrambling create a second scoring engine. The risk is obvious if the Bills ever reduce that rushing role, but there is no evidence in the 2025 usage that the change has arrived yet. The dual-threat floor remains the center of his 2026 value.
