PFM Fantasy Outlook
Walker finally played a full 17-game season in 2025 and responded with 1,027 rushing yards on 221 carries, his best yardage total since his rookie year. He also caught 31 passes for 282 yards, while his 4.6 yards per carry matched the best mark of his career. The five rushing touchdowns were the part of the stat line that lagged behind his earlier seasons.
The bigger change for 2026 is the uniform. Kansas City signed Walker in March after his Super Bowl MVP run with Seattle, and PFM ranks him RB8 and No. 17 overall. The rushing efficiency already rebounded last year, and now the question is whether a new offense can turn similar volume into more scoring chances. Walker does not need a career workload to justify this rank if the touchdown total climbs. Expect the Chiefs to feed him early and often as Patrick Mahomes eases back from his ACL injury.
