Week 1PFM Fantasy Outlook
Burden's opener gave Chicago a useful middle-ground result. He caught five passes for 63 yards and added a two-yard rush, showing enough involvement to matter without needing a touchdown or a broken play to carry the fantasy line. The early fumble was a mistake, but the Bears kept him involved afterward.
PFM ranks Burden WR25 for Week 2 against Minnesota. The matchup is attractive after the Vikings allowed a huge passing day in their opener, but the stronger reason for the ranking is Burden's role. Five receptions give him a workable floor, and his ability after the catch creates room for a much larger week when Chicago's offense stays aggressive. Week 2 is a strong spot to test whether the opener was the start of a real Year 2 volume jump.
