Parker Washington has moved beyond being a useful secondary piece in Jacksonville. Through the first three games he produced 221 receiving yards, nine first downs and three catches of 20-plus yards, numbers that show he is not living on low-value underneath targets. After four games he is up to 228 yards and two touchdowns.

PFM has Washington WR11 for Week 4 at Cincinnati and WR13 ROS, a massive jump from his WR37 final draft rank. That rise is about role as much as production. Jacksonville has trusted him enough to create chunk plays and sustain drives, and the early results have rewarded it. The next question is target volume. If Washington keeps getting enough chances to pair with this downfield efficiency, the breakout can hold instead of fading back toward his draft-day price.
