Rome Odunze entered the season as one of Chicago's important outside targets, but six games have produced an uneven fantasy return. He has 20 receptions for 312 yards without a touchdown, leaving him dependent on chunk gains rather than scoring chances. At the same time, Luther Burden III has been earning more attention and designed touches, increasing the pressure on Odunze to make the most of his own targets.

The quarterback situation has also changed. Caleb Williams returned against Atlanta and completed 30 of 36 passes for 305 yards, giving the Bears a more stable passing attack than they had during his three-game absence. That should help Odunze get more useful opportunities, but a healthier quarterback does not automatically guarantee higher volume. PFM's WR28 rest-of-season position fits a talented receiver who needs either a consistent increase in catches or a breakthrough in the red zone. The next few games should reveal where he stands in Chicago's preferred passing rotation.
