Tanner McKee is next in line to run Philadelphia's offense against Carolina, taking away Hurts' quarterback runs and his ability to keep plays alive. With Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith also missing practice, the Eagles must protect a backup quarterback behind a rebuilt offensive line while trying to revive a struggling running game.
