PFM Calls is live on PFM team dashboards and fantasy player pages. Pick an NFL matchup or make a fantasy football call, save your answer and then see where PFM leans. Your recent picks also stay with you in a private Call History section.
The biggest rule is simple: PFM’s answer stays hidden until you make yours. We don’t want our pick influencing yours.
Make the Call Before Kickoff
On team dashboards, the Call appears with each teams weekly matchup. Pick the team you think wins, save it and change it later if you want. Once the Call locks, your pick is in.
This is your chance to not only pick the team you think will win but also keep track of your season long record.
Make the Call on Fantasy Players
Fantasy player pages use the same idea with a different question. Instead of only reading where PFM has a player ranked, you can make your own call on where he finishes.
A running back question might ask whether he finishes RB1-3, RB4-6, RB7-12 or outside the top 12. Make your pick first, then see the PFM answer. As we shift over to our fantasy football weekly rankings the Call naturally changes. Once that happens you can predict how that player will finish in fantasy for that week.
The Receipts Stay With You
After you start making Calls, View Call History keeps your record and recent picks together. It’s private to you, and you don’t need a public profile or username to use it.
That may be the best part. If you called the upset or nailed a fantasy finish range, the receipt is still there after the result is finalized. Miss one and that stays there too.
Why We Added PFM Calls
PFM rankings and ratings already tell you how we see a team or player. Calls puts you on the other side of it.
Read the matchup. Look at the ranking. Make your own Call. Then see whether PFM agrees and come back later for the receipt.
